Mica band heater is a widely‑used industrial electric heating component. It adopts nickel‑chromium alloy heating wire with high‑quality mica insulation layer, enclosed by stainless steel outer shell. It is mainly applied for barrel and nozzle heating of plastic machinery such as injection molding machines and extruders. It features uniform heat distribution, excellent insulation, easy installation and long service life.
