Product Introduction
Cast copper heater is integrally cast with high-quality copper alloy, with tubular heating elements embedded inside the copper matrix. It delivers superior thermal conductivity than cast aluminum heater, faster heat-up speed, sensitive thermal response, excellent temperature uniformity and higher allowable watt density. It features high temperature resistance, wear & impact resistance and reliable sealing. Available in round band heater, square & special-shaped heating plate, die ring heater, air-cooled or water-cooled structure. Insulation cover, Type K / J thermocouple port are optional. Ideal for demanding working conditions requiring rapid heating, precise temperature control and continuous high temperature. Non-standard custom service available: dimension, voltage, power, mounting holes and wire connection can be made per drawings or samples.
