Product Introduction
Cast aluminum heater is integrally cast with aluminum alloy, with heating tubes embedded inside the aluminum matrix. It features fast heat conduction, uniform heating, high mechanical strength and good sealing. Available in round band heater, square & special-shaped heating plate, air-cooled or water-cooled structure. It can be equipped with insulation cover and thermocouple port. Stable temperature resistance, low leakage risk and anti-oxidation, suitable for long-time continuous operation of plastic processing machines. Custom non-standard service is available: dimension, voltage, power, mounting type and thermocouple type can be produced according to drawings or samples.

- Cooling type: Air cooled / Water cooled / No cooling
- Accessories: Insulation cover, thermocouple (Type K / Type J), lead wire type, terminal box
- Mounting details: Slots, fixing holes, cutouts or special structure. Drawings or samples are preferred
- Working condition: Machine type (injection machine, extruder, granulator etc.), continuous working temperature
