Fully enclosed brass band heater adopts brass shell, mica insulation and nickel-chromium heating wire inside. It is equipped with high-temperature braided fiberglass wire and ceramic terminal block. The enclosed structure effectively prevents plastic leakage. It features high temperature resistance, uniform heating and fast thermal response. With clamp design for tight fitting on injection nozzle. Custom service available: inner diameter, height, voltage, power and wire outlet direction can be customized. Widely used for injection machine nozzle and small extruder barrel.
