## Product Introduction
Air-cooled ceramic band heater is designed for extruder barrel heating, compatible with single screw and twin screw extruders, fan optional. It adopts NiCr heating wire assembled with interlocking ceramic tiles for excellent electrical insulation, covered with 304 stainless steel shroud with air cooling channel.
It heats up rapidly. When matched with cooling fan, forced air flow brings away excess heat for fast cooling and precise temperature control.
Compared with mica heaters and water-cooled cast aluminum heaters, it runs at lower surface temperature, no water leakage or scaling trouble, less maintenance, oil resistance and longer service life, ideal for heavy-duty extrusion requiring frequent temperature adjustment.
